How to choose the right size?

Take a belt you already use and measure the distance from the base of the buckle to the middle hole. This measurement corresponds to your waist size.

Alternatively, measure your waist at the point where you normally wear your pants or jeans. It is advisable to do this while wearing clothes.

Choose the size closest to the measurement obtained.
