The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination and the type of delivery chosen (Standard or Express). Standard shipping is always free in Italy.

International shipments outside the European Union

Don't worry about international shipping: all duties, taxes, and fees are already included in the price and handled by us directly through the courier. Everything will arrive without any surprises.

Return or exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the products within 30 days from the delivery date. The products must be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging. To initiate the return/exchange, contact our customer service , who will provide you with all the instructions to complete the procedure.

Returns are free only within the European Union. Returns from outside the EU are the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are free only in Italy.

Production takes approximately 10 working days and a surcharge is applied based on the request.
